WEM is a civil infrastructure and landscaping company known for delivering technically complex projects with care, precision and a strong focus on people. With a reputation built on safety, innovation and community, the brand needed copy that reflected both its scale and its values.

I worked across website copy, social content, email campaigns, brochures and printed collateral to help shape and strengthen WEM’s voice. The tone was designed to be clear, credible and human — a reflection of how WEM operates on the ground.

A key part of this work involved crafting project case studies that were informative, engaging and easy to understand without losing the technical detail. From The Gables Estate to Sydney Olympic Park, each case study was written to highlight WEM’s expertise while telling a story of impact and delivery.

I also supported the development of internal documents, including the HSE Strategy flyer, ensuring every piece of communication; whether public-facing or team-focused — felt aligned and purposeful.

The result was a consistent, trustworthy voice across all channels that showcased WEM’s capabilities and values in equal measure.
